Gift Usb Drives

It’s your son’s 18 th birthday and you are looking for the right modern-day gift for him. A USB drive would make the perfect gift. With many school projects and assignments done on the computer, USB drives are useful yet trendy for him. Gifting USB drives has become a popular trend these days. These USB drives are not just portable and inexpensive, but also very useful to store electronic files.

However, the sudden pervasiveness of electronic data and portable devices, including USB drives and laptops have spawned a massive data security problem these days. Your devices can be easily lost or stolen; and the data can be unencrypted. Seeing its popularity, many USB drives now come with data encryption software. You can even encrypt the data on the USB device, yourself. There are many companies now selling encrypted or private USB drives and computers on a stick.

Remember these USB drives are not a foolproof solution to the data security or privacy problems. Still, they make one of the best gifts. If you have just started using computers, then a USB drive may help you carry your data safely. A USB drive does shield the transfer of data from one computer to another well, and that is important.

USB drives are the best corporate gifts or employee incentives in demand these days. Therefore, why bother to carry around outdated floppy disks or bulk zip disks when you can easily carry data of more than 1GB in a custom printed USB drive. In any USB drive, you can easily store music, presentations, documents, digital photos, and more. It is also convenient and works like a removable hard drive. USB drives are the best personalized gifts for your business partners, employees, or even your friends.

You can personalize USB drives by imprinting your company logo, a simple catch phrase, or a slogan on them. When you gift such customized USB drives, they communicate the message that you spent time to think of the right item. This shows your appreciation for loyalty, hard work, and even friendship, and association over the years and contributes to make the ties stronger. Something to relieve the discomfort of sitting for hours - maybe one of those beaded seat covers like cab drivers use.

As someone who commutes about an hour each way, I would appreciate a gas card, insulated beverage holder, XM radio receiver (and a few months of prepaid service), a AAA membership, my favorite books or music on CD (if she has a CD player, of course), just to name a few.

I would *love* to have my car detailed. Being in the car that much, no matter how hard you try to keep it clean, it still get pretty messy. I don't know what your budget is, but detailing is another idea.

Does he like coffee? Maybe a heated travel mug that plugs into the cigarette lighter. In a wintery area? How about a heated ice scraper to make cleaning off the car an easier job. Little things like that can really make life a lot easier, especially if he's stuck in a car for the long every day.
