The most "interactive" guide I have seen so far is from AllYourPrices.com. You can see the one for cameras here http://www.AllYourPrices.com/Index/buyerGuide/id/7

Its a step by step guide that combines text guides that teach you about the different aspects of a camera together with the interactive filters that let you narrow down your choices. By the time you go through the steps, you have a list of products with the specifications that should hopefully fit your needs, and you understand the choices you have made.

What is also convenient is that the site is a shopping comparison site (also known as a price comparison site). So after you use the guide, you can compare products side by side, and finally compare the best prices and store ratings from many different online stores.

I guess there are other stores that offer much of that, but it is the interactive buyers guide, which you wanted, which is more rare.
